Hardware
Hardware refers to the physical components of a computer system or electronic device. This includes any tangible parts that are necessary for the device to function properly. Hardware can be categorized into several types, including input devices (such as keyboards and mice), output devices (such as monitors and printers), storage devices (such as hard drives and SSDs), and the central processing unit (CPU), which is the brain of the computer. It also encompasses the motherboard, memory (RAM), and other internal components, as well as peripherals that connect to the main system. Unlike software, which consists of programs and applications that run on the hardware, hardware is the actual machinery that performs physical tasks and operations. Hardware is essential for the operation of all computing systems, from personal computers to servers, smartphones, and embedded systems in various technologies.
